Clear terms for human voiceover orders, standard online usage, quoted media usage, delivery, revisions, and AI-use restrictions.

Voiceover orders

VidVoices provides recorded and edited human voiceover files for video, training, commercial, promotional, and online content. Online orders do not include live in-studio or directed session voicing unless quoted separately.

Scripts and production details

Please provide the final script, voice choice, pronunciation notes, usage details, and any production guidance before production starts. Material script changes, direction changes, or new usage requirements after production has started may require a revised quote.

Usage and licensing

Standard online usage is included for websites, organic social video, explainers, eLearning, internal training, sales videos, and similar online projects. TV, radio, cinema, paid advertising, paid placements, or campaigns expected to reach more than 100,000 people must be quoted and approved before production.

No AI cloning or training

Voice recordings must not be used for AI generation, voice cloning, synthetic voice training, dataset resale, or similar machine-learning purposes.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 3 working days after script, usage, and voice choice are confirmed. Larger, custom, or quoted usage projects may require a different production timeline.

Files and revisions

Finished audio is supplied as clean voiceover files suitable for editing into your project. Minor fixes for recording errors are handled as part of production. New scripts, changed directions, or client-requested changes outside the confirmed brief may be quoted separately.

Payments and quotes

Prices shown online apply to the stated scope and usage. Custom usage, broadcast, paid media, or large-audience projects are quoted before production. Payment terms, taxes, and currency may vary by customer location and checkout method.
